+1... that's why i threw in the "trolling" comment since he was calling tgoss a troll yesterday (which is ridiculous since tgoss has plenty of good info contributed) and then this guy also on a 172MM pulley thread where he basically called out the whole thread as "trolling", then comes on here and ask a question that has been asked and answered 100 times in 100 threads and doesnt expect to be called a troll back lol
Problem is you're using the word 'troll' in the wrong reference. To be a troll, you must be intentionally trying to irritate someone. I had a genuine question, and regardless of whether it's been discussed or not, that's really not my concern. Talking about my question with other people and their personal experiences is much more helpful to me than just reading an earlier thread. Your friend with the GT-R was trolling when he called the E55 an 'over-glorified grocery getter'...in an E55 forum. I was merely bringing the field even.
But that's irrelevant. I do appreciate the info AK and everyone else that answered. I definitely like the look of your setup based off the pics. Think I'll give that a shot.
I was going to do a resonator delete in the next few days, and I was thinking about getting an X-pipe to replace them at. What's the X-pipe really going to do in terms of sound and performance? Anything? I doubt performance will be affected, but how's it sound in comparison to say, just straight pipes? Anyone have insight on this?
If you wanna hear mine that was installed recently, i've attached a YT link below:
