Introductions
Hello MBworld!
I wanted to introduce myself I am new on the forum. I have been lurking for a few months and looking over some DIY, common problems, best years and don't intent to post any over-posted dumb questions. I am a long time audi driver and looking for something new since my A4 is becoming more of a track car. I fell in love with the e55 amg and just put a deposit on one this morning. 2006 black/black keyless go/dynamic seats and pano. Just came off corporate lease so some C-level exec was driving it around. It has all it's maintenance up to date it seems and looks very clean. I am having the car checked out today or tomorrow and hopefully having it shipped shortly after to me. The asking price seems a little high what do you guys think is in the fair range if everything checks out clean. I specifically asked to have the keyless go checked/dynamic seats and any corner sag from suspension going out.

Inspection came back very well. Working on the paperwork tomorrow then getting her shipped from dallas to south florida 
Needs a control arm/ball joint on the right side which shouldn't be a big deal for a diy, i did all the audi's in my garage. Then tires/air filters/brake pads are towards the end of life. The valve covers are juuuust starting to show oil.which isnt bad for diy either. This forum was one of the reasons for choosing this car, the following of the car and the already documented diy's are awesome. My audi just passed 160k miles and hasnt been worked on by anyone since me since it was out of warranty, wouldnt have made it without the awesome forums and the people that make them great.

the front mount s4 bumper and big turbo kit are in the garage the audi needee downtime so the e55 is the new dd
