Saw a Beautiful CLS 55 for Sale, need Help

Saw this great 06 CLS 55 with 41K miles on it for sale at the local BMW dealer. They want $37,700 for it. I can, of course, talk this down.
Just wondering what the peeps think of this.
Can anyone run a VIN? Here it is: WDDDJ76X66A045187
KBB tells me that there are 8 reports on this car. I am wondering what that may be.
Car looks good with no bodywork issues. Interior looks good, but some slight wear. Nothing that would not be fun to resolve.

Thanks in advance for any help. Nothing could be sweeter than 2 AMG 55K motors in 1 garage.

Good luck Jon ...looks really good .. talk them down a bit .. I know some people may have a different opinion but I still think the W219 is one of most beautiful ones they sculpted , I still stare at mine with appreciation . are they offering an extended warranty ? stick to either Lexus or fidelity platinum
