Is it easy to swap door panel?
Someone jammed into my door so it's dented in. One option is to get it remolded and painted so I'd have to blend with the other door and the panel in front etc. This is a headache and will take several days.
Option 2 is to just buy the same color door from a donor car which I have sourced. Does anyone know if this is pretty straight forward for a body shop to do? My car has keyless go as well. The door is off a regular E class, not an AMG but it looks exactly the same.

It might not be, but I've seen a few people do this before and most of the time it doesn't match anyways. Actual paint color isn't the only thing that plays a role as to how paint looks. The way the paint in laid on and the temperature and everything else also plays a role. This is why you see some brand new cars with bumper color that looks off even though it's stock. It is also why you can't just buy paint, regardless of brand, and paint your door without needing to blend it in.
