the install went well...
from idle, the car pulls like a V12 - seriously different torque curve
if you punch it while driving, it snorts like a raging bull - this is really wicked!
I think I may have some pulley slip, so I'll probably look at a shorter belt (maybe a 505 to try out)
I did the sneaky ECU reset tonight - the EC tune took a few days to really 'sink in' the last time I had it tuned - so hopefully it will be re-learning quickly and in a few days I'm sure I'll be learning how to driver her all over again

the tech did some dissasembly and used the springs from the stock pulley because they seem to hold the tension better than the ones on the lightweight pulley - and riveted it all back together - so it's a frankenstein, but shouldn't have any of the reset issues with the shims that some have seen
only time will tell

yup - this pulley is pretty great - I went for a drive tonight after the ECU reset - once again I'm afraid of this car

At least for me driveability is fine, but my other vehicle is a 900HP diesel truck so I wouldn't say I have normal expectations I guess I would say it bucks, it literally feels like a strong shift under light acceleration. Absolutely no squeaks from engagement. After swapping the spring straps from the factory pulley I haven't had to change a thing with the pulley.

the first day, my car bucked like wild when I punched it from 30mph - honestly snapped my neck back - I was like WTF?!
after sneaky ECU reset, MUCH more predictable - so I recommend it after a tune - same thing as before when I just had the tune - car was a little wonky because the 'learnings' didn't match the computer settings... once reset, it was a whole new ballgame
so far this pulley is pretty awesome - my wife took it out for a spin, and came back smiling

I can't even imagine the 185 + this pulley

Cool. I guess these are yielding good results.. What I'm wondering is, what are the additional gains on top if you already have the entire Eurocharged Stage 3 with a 180mm pulley?
