2003 E55 AMG
HK Ambient Noise Mic Location in 03 E55?
Does anybody know the exact location of this Mic in an 03 E55. I'm planning on adding an aftermarket sub and amp in the trunk and have done some research on this forum. Sounds like this mic needs to be removed or it will mess with the factory speakers level. I found a few threads on here with location of this mic on a C class. Anybody know if it's in same location on my car? Supposed to be on passenger side of dome light in the headliner of a C class?

I believe its under a plastic cover on the driver side of the over head console, under a grey mesh with perforated holes.

hmm, thought that one was for the emergency call system? That what the thread said it was for on the C class anyway??
