Headers.
So I have been carefully looking at which headers to buy, and I have noticed that every pair of headers, no matter the company, look the same. Has anyone noticed this? Can we fit CLS55 or S55 headers on our cars? Also, since our engines use the same headers as the non MAG, will headers for the NON AMG fit our's aswell?

Evosport and Kleeman shorty headers look fairly different, but yes most of the long tubes will look practically the same. It really comes down to if you plan to run catless or with cats without much modification. A lot of people on this board are switching to long tubes from their shorties because of the gains of not having primary cats along with the better flow design of the long tube.
For me I'm going to go longtubes and just keep my secondary cat. Pick up the gains and still pass inspection

I was researching, made up my mind to get Kleemann's, but then I ran into some on ebay for $617. So I started thinking. Don't think they can be that good, but they looked well fabricated.

The difference on the different model cars with the M113 engine (NA or SC) is the down pipes. The W210 vs the W211 as far as i can see the ports are the same and the tubings are the same diameter. The differences are when the collector coming down to the primary cats. The W210 is slightly longer compare to the W211 as the engine bay is tighter on the W211.
If you go with LT, it is important to get the correct headers for the correct model cars as the restictions on the downpipe with play havoc with the installation. The turns are tight and a few inches could mean hitting the floorboard or hanging down too low.
My two cents.

In my opinion, the one on eBay is just as good as the Kleemannn as the Kleenmanns are fabricate overseas and they probably come out of the same factory as the one on eBay....but made to different specs....for different manufacturer.
