Sold the beast
Car was starting to go on me. Seemed like it was just one thing after another. Finally decided to let her go.
Always loved my cousin's GC SRT8 so I decided to go with a SUV as a replacement.
2010 BMW X5M
The thing is a blast so far planning on tossing a tune on it and chasing 11s again!

Ive always wondered how does the butt dyno feel compared to the E55?
Don't become a douche please.....
If you feel a bluetooth headset come out of your ear or the need to pop up your polo collar, let us know so we can terminate you.

Never man! Was saying it the whole time at the stealership... "I cant believe I'm switching to the dark side." Never really cared for BMWs that much but this thing really changed my mind. Havent really gone too hard on it yet. Looking forward to using the launch control, should really put me in my seat. Obviously doesnt come anywhere close to pulling in the top of second on the highway in the E55. Ive always had a thing for powerful SUVs seem more practical in the Northeast.

Can't wait to get a ride in the new beast buddy. My neighbor has got one and always wondered how I would do against it. We might have to do a pull or two

Thats a blast to drive I'm sure and it looks great in blue, but one question..
Do they all look that in the front where the hood beets the bumper? It looks like it has the wrong hood and should come down another inch or so with larger kidney bean grilles...
I second the 21" HREs with SUV appropriate tires. That white one above is a neck snapper.

Good luck on your new ride. Sorry to hear your beast became a repair nightmare. That can happen I visited the BMW plant in Spartanburg, SC recently. Pretty impressive. I am sure your new ride will handle the NE winters much better than the E55 and you can now look down at cars instead of looking up !!! Enjoy

Thanks guys I appreciate it.
Definitely thinking about some new wheels 22s and drop it a bit... Should look sick. A tune should really open it up too get a few more psi out of those twins.
Curious to see what guys start doing to the new M5s I believe they are the same platform.
Im down Andrew... lets line them up. Im sure you've got me but I want to see by how much. I want to use the launch control!
