Ok update:
It is the AC compressor failing apart!!!!! I've never been so excited for a AC compressor to fail when its 98* outside as I am now!
Thanks for the input to remove the accessory belt and troubleshoot from there.

Now with the new one I will certainly gauge it going forward and as things start to cool back off and I bypass the AC during the winter and back into the HE.

But I don't think it really added more stress when its running with the KC to kill the compressor. Time will tell though, and I still think the KC is one of the best day to day driving mods you can do for our cars! Gotta keep it cool to have all that power!!!

PHEWWW! You dodged a bullet there man, if I were in your shoes I would have **** my pants something fierce at the thought of an MB repair bill with anything to do with the SC out of warranty. Glad you found the culprit though!

I am not sure as the car does have 120k miles on it and it looks to be the org unit. I will know more tomorrrow or Wednesday once my new unit is here and they pull out the old one. I did think the KC might have helped it die some since the AC is always one but since April when I put it on, down here in Alabama it has been extremely hot so I feel this was bound to occur.
