Poll Time-Lorinser or Expressions
Which do you prefer- the Lorinser or the Expression grille and spoiler. I personally am leaning toward the Expression but what do you think? If you guys know of any other grille or spoiler out there that is nicer, please post a picture.

I may be in the minority but I think the car looks damn good as it is. BUT, if ya GOTTA mod it, I like the expression front, the stock rear bumper and the Lorinser spoiler. The expression spoiler reminds me too much of a mid-90's eclipse.

Lorinser mods
I think the Lorinser body kit is too damn busy. It reminds me of the time I was building those 1/16 size car models as a kid and I would attach an "extra" Battlestar Galactica part onto the car to make it look "cool."
I guess I like the cleaner look of the AMG and Expression body kits. Just my .02.

AMGfan - completely agree with you on you Lorinser 'body kit' (way, way overdone). As a whole, IMO, it takes the car down a few notches in overall appearance. But, I do like their rear spoiler. That (the spoiler), if (big if) I were to make any changes to my E55 (ordered) would be the only thing I would remotely consider adding. mp

Expression grill with Lorinser spoiler.
THe lower ground effects kit on the Lorinser is terrible IMO. No 'flow' to it whatsoever, just horrible. My 1/24 scale Tamiya Lorinser 500SEC looks way better then that
I can't believe thats what Lorinser is selling now

No offense, but I think all the Lorinser kits are really unattractive; there's no contest between the two of those.
I also like the Wald kit for the E:

Any and all aftermarket body kits are for non AMG cars. Removing AMG stuff for Lorinser, Expressions, etc should be against the law.

Gentlemen, all I want to replace is the standard grille with the CL type. The rear spoiler is obviously an add on that I think makes the car look more aggressive. Now I find myself leaning toward the Lorinser or Wald spoiler but they are very pricey($466 for Lorinser, $528 for Wald). There must be a less expensive alternative that gives the same look.

CLK55, Mini S
I can't really see much difference between the grills. Is Lorinser chrome and the Expressions body color. If so, I would go with the expression grill and the Lorinser spoilers...or just the window spoiler, not the trunk one, to keep the lines somewhat clean.
Love the Wald wheels, almost a retro-AMG monoblock. Probably rub even though they look great parked.

I personally would go with the Expression. To be honestly I am seeyin way too many e-classes around the streets first of all and second of all there are way too many lorinser kits on them. Anyways I was considerin the expression spoiler until I just told myself to go wit someting a lil low key...something a lil stealthy...But I must say taht the expression kit is lookin mighty fine....my 2 cents
