Machining the stock SC pulley
Has anybody taken their chances with this? If so, how far did you go and what would be a good/safe size to be, before you really need a tune to ensure security?
I'm contemplating having a few mm removed in a bid to gain more power.

why not just get the smaller S/C pulley that's available?

^^^ Perfect, that's what I needed to know. Thanks man.
That's a perfect amount I guess...I'm only looking for a very gentle increase in power, without having to worry about getting it tuned and buy injectors etc.
I'll see if I can get the work done to it for a reasonable price. If it works out within like $200 of the cost of getting the smaller pulley, then I'll just get the pulley instead.

looking for a s/c pulley as well. Getting grinding sounds when i stomp on the gas and s/c engages. Will the stock belt still work with this and my renntech 168 crank pulley?
