I like the M550 better than the SC-5. Something about the SC-5 just screams out Hellaflush to me.

Agreed. I don't like how the end of the spokes look like someone trying to fit a square inside a circle. It just doesn't look right.

The dished area in the center also looks like it was cut out as an afterthought.

^ Agreed - The spoke to lip transition on the SC-5 is.. odd, and considering I would dump a super model if one toe was a little longer than the rest.. er...

What I REALLY want, as outlined in the first post is Vossen CV3's

I was set on Black, but I am thinking the Matte Grey on a Tektite car would be the shizzle...

Did you PM Motorkas?
I have VV3s on my SC300 btw. I like them but the grpahite finish is delicate. Even the most delicate hands scratch them when taking the wheels off.

i ordered some STANCE EVOLUTION wheels from 323motorsports in 19, and they were at my doorstep in 7-10 days. the STANCE SC-5 are reasonably priced so you can maybe even powdercoat them black.

I just PMed Motorkas. His Vossen CV3's looks AWESOME. And fitment looks fine.

As far as the Graphite finish... I have a local guy that does my wheels/tires.

He will be gentle. I went to a Big O Tires once.. My good they beat on my wheels.

Really? I've been tossing around the idea of switching to them.

Those are sweet wheels. Avant Garde rims are an untapped resource in the MB Market. I plan to see how the M368's look on my C63!

different wheel manufacturer but i stumbled across these accidentally, Niche Nurburg or Apex. the spokes dont run flush like the cv3 on the nurburg, but asthetically speaking they arent too bad. no clue about the quality though

That pic of the GT500 with CV3's makes me want to start car shopping again....what a perfect wheel for that car.
