Question about a 07 E63
Hi everyone! Wonderful site, i'm new here. While trying to sell my fathers AMG rims I decided to look around the forums. I've always wanted an E63, I found a local one but scared about the mileage and future problems. It's a black on black (Not a huge fan of black) E63 with 97K. The rotors from the pictures look warped (Waves). It's also sitting low, not sure if the air suspension is faulty. But generally speaking, what should I look for? You guys would know the in's and out's of these cars. Common problems? noises ect?
This is the vehicle in question

07 E63, 97,000 miles for 27K.
The only history the sales person told me is that it was a company vehicle used for long highway drives, i think one owner with a clean carfax and all maintenance done. Not sure if they have the records, but it would be nice. Thank you for your help guys!

I think the front end has been repainted, 97K miles and no rock chips? what happen to the stock wheel? Company cars are like rental cars...do you really want to buy a rental car that been abused? If it me I would not buy it. Just so you know new rotors and pads are about $2500. If airmatic has not been replaced than it about time it does and it cost about 6-7K for all 4 corner at stealer. GL with your search.

no way, seems a little high for as many uncertainties. High mileage and you'll never get a warranty for it. I just picked up my '07 with 60k miles for 33,900, another 2k for solid warranty from Carmax. Check there every couple days they usually have 3-5 at a time, just gotta get lucky

That's a lot of miles for a '07 E63...I'd say about 75K would be acceptable. And the salesman is lying...he has no clue how it was driven since he most likely bought it at auction!

Like others have said, stay away.
Too many miles. Salesman has no idea how the car was driven. Where are the original wheels? Those wheels look like crap. Plus, it even seems overpriced for that many miles.

I also added AutoTempest.com to the search, it searches all the major car sites including ebay/autotrader/cars.com etc. and returns the results.
I picked my car up in New Jersey!
Good Luck

Welcome! Man to me that mileage seems a bit high and the price is a bit high as well.
I would rather you buy my 07 E63 with 73k miles for $27k!

E63-Transmission issue.
Rebuilding car with front end damage. Trans cooling lines to radiator were not hooked up. After hooking up, car won't move in gear. Did before to move car a few feet. Low oil level causing this? How to add? Job for professionals? Thanks.

Love it when the salesman says it was mostly highway miles.
Guess the owner lived just off the interstate, so all the car saw was the highway !!
As for the car appearing to be low, on this forum, that is a good thing that we all strive for !!! But if it is low due to some type of issue, that is a problem and would really need to be checked out.
There are way too many E63's available with a lot less mileage with one or two owners.
I would hold out and keep hunting. Good Luck.

Never buy a car from these people, they are one of the biggest crooks out there. They change the dealership name every few months. Google Lencore Leasing and Lenny Belot everything on their lot is junk, stay far away.
