E63 Fog Light Replacement
Been looking through a bunch of old threads on the E63 fog light replacement. It seems as though when the 55's do the conversion they have the ability to use the Hella's as a replacement but on an original 63 the housing for the actual light is different and wont work on the 63...... I am curious if the only alternative is paying $170 a piece for the oem fogs? Has anyone found another alternative to this?
My dumb a** bought the hellas and realized they weren't going to fit last night when i tried to install them.....
Is it possible to just do a HID retro to these housings somehow and make them fit? If so what HID kit are you using and are there any DIY's on the install of the kit.... i'm not as mechanically inlined as most on this site.

Buy the correct fogs so they fit in the trim correctly and match the harness connection.
