I'm new to to the site and wanted to say a hello to everyone out there, I've been looking at this site for a little while grabbing info on the E55 vs E63, from the info I received I went with E63 (Thanks)
I picked up the E63 about a week ago first thing I had done was replace the oil and filter, while a friendte was sitting in the car giving a slight rev below 1000rpm probably around 900rpm he could feel a vibration come up through the steering wheel, tried a few more times snd same thing happened each time and asked is miss firing slighlty ? I said not sure I dont much about them I thought posibly if anything was out the mErcedes vehicle inspection would of picked it up or maybe some sort of warning would come up on dash, the other thing I thought was maybe the engine was pulling on the mount and you could feel through the steering wheel. I would appreciate you opionions especially because I am a novice in this area my slight conceren is for no reason.

Sounds like a motor mount.... but the inspection should have picked that up.

+1. Also check the rear transmission mount. You likely need motor mounts and the tranny mount.

Yup mounts are bad. Great purchase, btw you have 2006 E63 listed in your avatar is it an 07?

Thanks for your replys everyone, that's certainly put my mind at rest, does any one have a rough idea of cost ? Is it quite common for the mounts to go ? The car is a my07 absolutely living the car they are a absolute animal
