Need help with battery drain, got star scanned what does this code mean?
So I've had a battery problem that was diagnosed as a small drain. After star diagnostics my Indy shop gave me this code, code 3002 control unit n93 defective (central gateway control unit). So this is the central gateway module and not the audio gateway? I know 03had agw modules go faulty but I guess this is not my case? Anyone have current part #'s for this?

It is a small black box the size of a sardine can. It helps manage the traffic between different data networks in the car.
In later years it was integrated into the ignition switch. So in those cars you must obtain a new ignition switch.
Don't know the code but you can google "OBD code P3002" and see what you get.

It appears that 3002 means your gas pedal is not working well. Is there some damage to the wiring in that area because they appear to be close to each other in the car.
Start looking for primary causes. Seems odd.
