Vibration between 70-80mph

CLS55 lowered via Star. (vibration is there regardless of vehicle height)

Between 70-80 mph I have a small but annoying vibration in both my steering wheel and when I look at the passenger seat. At 75mph it is at its worst.

I changed tires to Nitto Invo less than 2k miles ago. Balanced twice and everything is within spec.

i DO have thrust bushings that are cracked/worn (Could this be the cause?)

The vibration is non existent under 70mph and again above 80mph I don't notice anything.

Any thoughts?

A Merc
Bushings could be the cause, also, check engine mounts and trans mount

it still kinda sounds like a balance issue... id call around and see if some one has a road force balancer and have them redo the wheels... its the cheapest and easiest fix. theres also the possibility you just threw a weight from one of the wheels..

.
Last time I read a thread like this it ended up being a crack on the inside lip of the wheel.....

It's worth checking out to be sure.

It's been fixed. Apparently the dealership doesn't know how to correctly mount and balance tires. 3 out of the 4 were off by almost an ounce.
