E55 supercharger pulley upgrade done
Do not see too many E55s at the shop, but here is one we had couple weeks ago for pulley upgrade:
Pulley out:
Old:
New going in:
And for fun Mazda 2.3 rebuild. Sorry for the mess - we had 3 days time limit from the client. And yes, it can be messy
Enjoy,
Igor.

Not sure what you want to hear - this was customer's car. As for installation procedure - the most challenging part is taking bolt out. We've replaced many pulleys before so there was really nothing special about this job. New pulley came with bearing so we swapped the whole thing.
Igor.

Thanks Guys! I palm to order the tune And pulley Monday. I have an IR impact gun with 1000 pound feet of brake tourque. As long as I come straight in on the bolt, it shouldn't be an issue. Can I resue the the boot with some blue locktite or get a new one. Plan to do this job late next week so I truely appreciate your sharing the knowledge. You guys are the best!

My local shop installed new bearing for my pulley and they just ended up taking some of the engine bay shroud pieces off and loosening up the top of the radiator or something and then used an impact with extension going through the frame of the radiater to get to the bolt. Not the prettiest way but only took about 20min heh.
