OK not to highjack, but I can squat, deadlift and bench 315lbs (3 plates each side) for reps. 315 each exercise, not in total. (945lbs in total I guess) Not bad for a 43 year old broken down man!
It really gets fun when it's summertime in AZ and I'm doing this in a 100 degree gargage. I love it though, weighting that is, it's my elixur.

Ahh, awesome, some weight lifting talk. Nice Nice. Just started my first cycle of PES Erase a week ago, so far so good, tried many other test boosters, however stacking the Erase and DAA is working out great. Of course all the usual such as Hydrolized Whey, Insanity Pre, etc. Tried most of them, get it for free anyhow. Us 40yos have to stay in shape brother!
Suppose I would post up a garage pic to keep it ot, sure I have one lying around in a file..... like the lift pic, but my head it too tall and I don't like working in my garage with a crash helmet.

Im Game to Play
Not the greatest shot(cell pic) but you get the idea.
Most of the work is behind the walls. Reinforced joists, raised ceiling to 15ft. Double drywall, sound RS clips. Spray Foam isulation with R40 on top. Seprate breaker for garage electricity. as you can see doors go up straight behind the bulkhead, so no blockage of light when garage is open. Plus it looks cool. Cheers

^^ Very nice details done that most would not catch...I'd love to be able to do that to my doors, as well as raise the ceiling so I could add lifts

You can find them cheaper than that place, though. I got mine on serious sale from Home Depot. My set-up is 2 starter sets and 2 add-on lights.

I actually want to run another light further forward in each bay to that I get lots of light under the hood. 2 more add-a-lights would do that.

holy crap that mygaragestore.com has some great stuff... just bought those same lights, and their tire storage racks are cheaper than the Tire Rack's are.

Those tire racks make me nervous, even if they were anchored right. I'd hate to have one fall on a car.
I just use a sturdy warehouse rack in the garage and stack the tires & wheels on the top shelf.
