**S. FL Dyno Day G2G ...Dec.1st**
Did you get a dyno print out or at least a picture of the screen? They didn't give anyone print outs last time. Where was your air/fuel ratio at?
So was the day a flop or did a good amount of people end up showing up? I am guessing not many did since it is pretty early and seems like everyone is home, where last time many of us were there past midnight.
How did the Needswings intake workout?

Thanks again RBJ for setting this up. My car has serious new power and driveability is much improved!!
The e63 TT was the star of the day, crazy numbers with the Renntech tune!!
I thought the turnout was good, any more cars and it would have run late into the night. Everyone but ced357 got a dyno run,he had to leave early so we missed comparing his tune to the other C63 earlier.
We tested the NW intake on my car. I will let the owner post the results.

Very happy with the power my car was putting for just a tune only...next it's headers...after hearing a couple of the E55's there, I'm definitely in for the headers first (better sound and a few more poney's) and than ill do new wheels
It was nice meeting everybody. Had a great time...let's do it again soon.

Now lets see some vids!!!

Jerry sure knows how to tweak at tune. Any one looking to get tuned should look into Eurocharged. They are amazing at what they do! My car made 540whp. We changed nothing. The tune had finally settled. My last dyno was 527whp. Now it's at 540 on 93 oct. I think we are doing something right.
"now for the rest of the story. first let me thank E55Greasemonkey for using his car as a test car, and thank RBJ for setting the whole thing up. got to meetup with some old friends and made some new ones everyone there was great. thanks all for a nice meet and the gals for some GREAT hot dogs.
now for the intake
. we did not have a stock car to try the NW intake on ,, we held off all day, waiting for a stock car,, never got one. so as we were winding down on all the dyno's runs I ask E55Greasemonkey if we could test the intake on his car, He being a amg teck,, he was happy to.
He has pulley tune, headers, and some stuff we don't know about.
He was on the Dyno for some pulls and then a tune and more pulls his car and got some good numbers hp and tq. when his car came off the dyno, we installed the intake,, he drove the car around for maybe 10 min. E55Greasemonkey even said it would take a longer time for the ecu to know there was an addition
we put his car back on the dyno, (right from street hot engine) the first pull the tires spun and the run was aborted but the numbers were 4 ( I think) hp less than the highest hp he had,, tighten everything up and added a strap ,,hot ran again, that pull had a increase of 5 hp but the Tq went up and on the top end is where the 5 hp and tq came in and stayed from about 4500 to about 5800,
again we did not have the car cooled, we did not have the intake and ecu to even know that there was a change,, it was a why not lets try it. and we did . if the intake gives you only 5 hp then of course it is not worth it.
I know what my car did with only the Needswings intake installed,, and yes it took about two weeks (not driven every day) for everything to settle down.
on my car three trips to the drag strip and on the 3 trip is when it did the best and has stayed that way. . Jim

Is that cool?
