Just picked it up from my friend and it has a micro scratch on the corner of the screen.I'm at the apple store now waiting for a brand new sealed phone.I told them it keeps freezing and acting up lol

the 32gb is 300 with 2 year contract but you will lose your unlimted data plan if you use an upgrade.

people are now forced to buy phones full retail price to keep there old unlimited plans.

I am almost at 8gb this month with my gs3 lol

I use alot of sling box hd and do a bunch of internet tethering at work.

This phone is 100% clean esn and not stolen and can give you the numbers to have them doubled checked

My girl is a reg rep my friend,trust me you can't keep unlimited data on a upgrade anymore.I had to pay full retail for my gs3 to keep my unlimited plan

+1 on losing your unlimited data with verizon if you do choose to upgrade. i just got the 32GB iphone 5 and i lost my unlimited data, but then again i don't even get up to half of the allotted amount since i'm on wifi all the time anyways. i ended up paying $3xx

Only reason I stayed with AT&T on my iPhone 5 upgrade is so I could retain my unlimited data. Verizon rapes you on that.
iPhone 5 is a much better overall phone, makes 4 seem real outdated. I had a red 4 that I sold last month and 3 days the guy smashed it by accdnt. Idiot.

Same here AT&T and didn't lose unlimited data upon upgrade. That would be a deal breaker for me on upgrading. To bad Verizon decided to go that route.

Sounds about right... the new iOS lets you do FaceTime over cellular network and Verizon doesn't want people to FaceTime for 3 hours and rake in the data usage without having people pay for it.

There is no way in hell you can keep a 29.95 unlimited data plan using an upgrade,they will re write your contract.Go ahead and call verizon to confirm.

when you buy the phone full retail you are not touching the contract and just changing the phone and they cant take you off your unlimted that way,but to get a subsidized phone they will put you on a 2gb limited plan
