Have you guys seen the new mobile emissions testing machines that City of Phoenix is testing out? Apparently as you drive by it gets a reading and takes a picture of your car (license plate).

Saw it in West Sac, Rocklin, and off of Watt... Got flagged in my wagon once, but it was too low to fit on the rollers...

He's talking about something different. This uses a laser and a sensor to measure the density of your exhaust as you drive by at least that is how I understood it.

UPDATE:
BAM!
I passed everyone, BOOYAAAA!
Seriously I feel like throwing an AZ E55 party, I'm buying!
Looks like replacing the O2 sensors and running 5-10 duty cycles did it!
Pics attached.
THANK YOU ALL, for your help here and if any of you are running LTH, replace your front O2 sensors and you're golden! The header design is solid, no need to replace them so get this done!
It's funny as I drove away from the test station after my pass, I seriously let out a $%&#$ YEAH, Conan Barbarian yell in my car I was so happy.
So new 02 sensors with your LTH and you're good to go!
I feel the need....the need for speed! (Top Gun quote of course.)
BAM!

Yes it did and you were completely right, replace the front 02 sensors for the win!
(FTW).
Oh and the full ECU Kleeean Tune I did as part of this process is seriously off the chain. I'll get her dyno'd next week but it feels like 600 RWHP. Yes I know that sounds impossible given I don't have a TB, injectors, etc...but Cory at Kleeman is a serious E55 Savant, (Think Dustin Hoffman in Rainman...)
so I'll post my results here.
Had to get her to pass emissions first before the dyno of course.
So thank you!

Yes thank you! More importantly those of you with LTH that may be getting a CEL or Codes, learn from me so you don't have to go through the pain I did.
Basically trying to expand on our collective, "Tribal knowlege" with things like this as I'm sure months/year's from now an E55 owner will have the same trouble a I did.
Paying it forward basically which is why I posted my results/the outcome.
Thanks again to you all!

I wish you had a before and after EC tune vs Kleeman...Are you logging AFR and timing ? I am sorry but I am having a hard time understanding why one tune (Kleeman) would be so much better, unless you were running too rich with the EC tune...

My feedback so far has been purely by the seat of my pants with the EC tune vs. Kleeman. When I originally had my EC tune I was just a tick over 500 RWHP so I've I'm significantly above this with my Kleeman tune, with no addition mods, it's definitely an increase in HP.
I have 82K miles on my car now so honestly I was just solving for a safe tune to be honest, but was very pleasantly surprised I have way more power now. Yes I'm aware this sounds impossible, but am just reporting what I feel.
Nothing against EC, the'yre fantastic, but I'm simply providing feedback with my new Kleeman tune.
So watch this space and next week I'll post my dyno results (with a video.)

Thanks.
PS. If my HP is way up, I'm going to get a, "GONEIN3" plate.
