LOOKING FOR SUPERCHARGER REMOVAL DIY
Unfortunately my supercharger is internally finished! Been searching for a step by step DIY supercharger removal, I came across a thread with a 6 line post on how to do it followed by an argument. Didn't really explain it. I just need some visual help, a DIY with some pictures. I won't be removing sc clutch or anything, I'm receiving the whole assembly together. Also does anyone know which gaskets I will be needing? Thanks in advance

it is a long process hard to explain.
1. remove sc belt
2. disconnect coolant hoses to sc
3. remove air box
4. remove surge tanks
5. disconnect inlet to fuel rail
6. remove all PCV hoses and TB
7. undo injector clips
8. disconnect all vacuum lines
9. remove 4 bolts on each side of the sc.

Try this, one thing though, you can remove the air boxes together. No need to remove the air filter covers.

Thanks for responding and for the link, exactly what I was looking for. Shardul your list seems to cover it all from the looks of the pictures on the link. Any chance on a tool list(want to make sure I have everything) and/or gasket list? If I'm not missing anything: (2) Intake gaskets (1) rear gasket and (1) cooler gasket?
Here's a diagram from my local dealership.
So only thing thats holding down the airboxes are the front+rear tabs?

You can use thi how-to here

You'll need gasket 11, 12, and two #2. There's no #19, mb just use silicone for that. 3&5 can be re-usable, or you can use silicone for those too.

Here's a video to what's going on. My mechanic removed the pulley because I was hoping it was the bearing but it wasnt. With the pulley off, manually spinning the blower, it still made the sound. I'm assuming its my front drive system inside the SC. Guess I'm one of the few that has to deal with a damaged SC

Any chance you could provide me with a tool list. Would a socket set and common tools be enough? Do you remember what size torx removes the SC? I don't have many larger torx sizes. Want to make sure I have all I need.
