There is a weird shift pattern every time I go WOT from around 30-40 mph.

The car will be in second or third gear, ill be going about 30mph, when i step on it the car downshifts to first gear then when it goes to shift up it just has this 1-3 second pause holding 6200ish RPM. After I did the tune it will even bounce off the rev limiter a few times then finally shift. Is this common.
