Plasti Dipped the Jeep
Going to insert the chrome center caps, possibly dip the front grill, and rear chrome valance on the back.
For sound I have my custom box out the AMG, 12" sub and farad cap. Should knock decent once it is in there

Right here brother! With a light coat right on top keeps them a bit shiny. I wish I had put it on my grille when I plasti dipped it. The dip kinda fades over time and looks a bit rough especially on wheels. But the glossifier prevents that.

You can also check home depot but I have never seen it in stock.

I am afraid if I dip all the chrome it mightly look gawdy. I will start be dipping the lower chrome door strip, front and rear grill, and let you guys see first for a reval. I kind of like the chrome window stripping and door handles.

Yes sir.. just mask off a rectangle around the strips and paint away... do about 3-4 coats. Once it's dry, peel off the rectangular mask and peel the edges. The remains will be what you wanted on the strip.

I have my whole car dipped. I can't take it to a car wash but self wash it can take upto 1800 psi ....also most of it depends how many coats you do.
On my car I have 7 coats.
You can't scrap off snow but handles snow, salt, dirt, dust very well. It also has a special cloth to clean it with so soap wash and then dry with that cloth

Finished up the sound system along with some gloss plasti dip on the wheels, and put the chrome centre caps back in. Thanks for the heads up on the gloss finish fellas, it made a huge difference. Ended up mounting the 5000 wat amp and digital farad cap under the driver side seat.
My litle man jumped in with some leather conditioning too!
System knocks very hard
