To all who have changed HM pullies , using the factory bolt to hold on the Harmonic balancer when doing a pulley change does anyone use Red Locktight liquid fastener to ensure this bolt will not move. In the photos the bolt that fell out is clean with no fastening material present. Just wondering if this is forgotten or "thought" being not needed. Also in hindsight when you had belt flipping off previous that was a sign as you realize now. Would a spiral lock washer be helpful in addition to the locktight, locking tab on flat washer? Glad you are back on the road.

Glad it worked out for you sir, as you said, they did not perform the procedure correctly using the tool.
Going to send you a text now homey.

Question on your trans shifting, do you think it's just trying to relearn shift points due to the change in pulley? Did you do an ECU reset after the fix? Might be worth trying, the car may be confused by the torque output until the typical learn period.

More than I was expecting, that is for sure. I had them do an oil change and the pulley which was $900ish total.
I haven't done anything to try a fix, but it has done the mess up of getting stuck in a gear once more and pop in to neutral while still being in gear once more since then and I have a good 550 more miles driven. The ecu needs to be retuned that is for sure. It looks like a tuned diesel almost when I pound it from a stop (black cloud). Car feels like a fast turtle too lol. That missing torque is big.

I think you'll be happy with an SC pulley. Feels like a 168 crank and I bet you'll be faster than you were before.

I sure hope so. I talked to Jerry a few days back and he said they were waiting on supercharger pulley bearings (said they were expecting them this past Friday), I haven't heard back from him but really looking forward to get the supercharger pulley on there and get the car leaned out some.
