i juste put my e55 for sale is a 2006 fully optioned but i got to muck miles on it so is it a good idea to buy a 2008 e63 because i got a budget of 40k thats mean i can find a e63 white like the one i wanted (my e55 is black )

question is my e55 had ecu tcu tune from eurocharged does a e63 whit a longtube and a tune will be faster

that the only mod i want to do to keep reliability as is maximum and have the nice sound of the e63 that i like so much

other question the performance package on a e63 they said tuned suspenion what modifiacation should have been done to the suspenion i want too keep the car stock

Yes the E63 with long tubes and a tune will be faster than an E55 with a ECU/TCU tune.

Bro, it'll be extremely hard for you to find a E63 with a Performance package in Canada. Do a search in 700 Mile radius and maybe in Toronto you might be able to find one.

Stock E63 vs Stock E55, E63 wins
Both with simple ECU tune E63 wins again
Now E63 with long tune headers and ECU tune and E55 with only ECU tune, yes the E63 wins again.

So yes 2008 E63 would be faster but there are not many modifications you can do on E63 whereas on E55 there are too many possibilities.

Yes, I have heard that too. I have had lots of Benzes. My interior up against the 2003-09 E55, Cady wins. The new E63 and my car, new E63 wins. They have come along way. I would drive one and I think you will be sold. For the money, reliability and cost of mods, it is the logical next step. At least until I can get my hands on a new 63 for cheap!

I agree. The 09+ CTSV is what the E63 should have been in 07. My brother in law has a black 09 with the Recaro seats and it's a perfect daily driver minus the fuel mileage. That is to be expected when making a car of those dimensions perform like that. Plus you have the infinitely modifiable LS engine architecture!
