Quote: I sold a e55 pump now I dont know if it has diff plugs or not.... I bought a e55 pump FROM THIS FORUM $250 and guess what I recieved a e63 pump that is completely different. Now whos stuck with it? ME!!! guy wouldnt even budge returning or explainng it. But I didnt sit on a damm forum crying and first thing you do is make a ****ing thread starting sh!!t without even first trying to handle it like a man and not like a high school kid.. who knows maybe you are one.. ive been on this forum years nd years buying selling dealin with fellow members I even bought my car from a member here without ever seeing the car nd you come along... u know what man if you acted more like a real man and not jumped to conclusion so quick and make a thread calling me a scamer and *****. I would of just returned your money but am too gona stick to all sales final too and think about it

If everyone jumped off the cliff, that doesn't mean you have to jump off a cliff too. Pay it forward and return the guys money.

Yeah it's just too bad it took a whole thread to refund the money.

OMG WHAT A GREAT GUY FOR REFUNDING!!!

What a load of B.S.

Only after was this posted on the forum did he refund the money, and fought it until he realized that it was not going in his favor. Otherwise he would have stuck to the sales are final policy.

Good stuff?....yeah right.

More like: caving in to pressure to save face and still retain some street cred when it comes to selling stuff on here. Too late though. People have taken notice besides just me and some may not be so forthcoming when it comes time to send you money when they remember this thread and this post.

The end.

Never deposit money into someone's account. NEVER! Even Paypal is not 100% safe, but safer than dumping your money into another account.

Albert has asked me to remove this thread. Unfortunately I have a no removal policy and I don't know what to tell him. After all I was only trying to help out.

Just kidding.

Truth is I think it should stay another day or two so everyone can see that he did in fact come through and refund the money. As of this point the thread has had over 1500 views so I am sure there are plenty of people who didn't see that he took care of it.

Honestly.. I dont see any grounds for deletion. Lock it if need be but this ACTUALLY happened. THINGS were said based on character and a wrong was finally righted but the events that took place need to be documented... I mean.. ITS NOT LIKE IT DIDNT HAPPEN.

If this thread is locked, it will just mean that then people that run this forum have no issue if members rip other members off. I think it's important to leave threads like this active.

It chases the scammers away because everyone knows who they are.

And if I came to a forum, did not know any back story and was about to buy something from someone then did some digging and found out they are not known for being honest, that could save me a ton of headache and hassle. And money.

Locked or erased? I agree with not erasing it but their is no point to continue fueling the fire. What happened happened and it was resolved. Lock it and let it die.

/mod hat off/ In my opinion, not a scam, only a disagreement. Seller: it did take some pressure, but glad you responded. Buyer: caveat emptor.

/mod hat on/ Reader's can make their own decision as to how to use the content of this thread. Title changed, thread locked.
