The fuel system drops pressure at 4500rpm also. Could have something to do with that. I had the same thing happen to me when Jerry was tuning my car.

Hmm So Your saying it has Something to Do with the Tune?
Or the Fuel Pressure Regulator might be taking a Crap?
How did you end up Fixing the Problem?

Check your spark plugs, coil packs, and wires especially the primaries. Looks like you are quenching one under heavy load and the secondary is keeping the cylinder alive. Your running rich because your not burning it all...

I have been told the plugs don't fire together. If the 2nd plug fire a few degrees after the 1st that's possible but I highly doubt its related to plugs/wires/coil. Not the first time I've seen a graph like that on a E55.

They don't fire together at part throttle. At WOT they do fire together.

Hmm I see, Does the E55s have Variable Camshafts? Something Similar to VVTI or VTEC, I have Looked online where they said there is a Computer Controlled Cam phasing gear that works with the Variable Intake Flapper.
I am Quessing Maybe a Sensor or something might be Bad.
Because all 3 pulls Have the Same Graph.

I quess my car is Considered Highly Modded So if they do fire together at WOT then The stock plugs might be Struggling with all the Performance upgrades that are on the Car, So the Colder plug might be a Solution Solver.

Mine did the same thing with the initial EC tune.

Mine was going richer than 9:1 AFR.

If your plugs Didnt fire you would know it. It would misfire and most likely go in to limp mode. I'm sure it wouldn't hurt to change plugs and wires but I don't see that being your fix.

car is dumping fuel, either you are heat soaking or you need more fuel

if you can get an ice tank or bigger heat exchanger for the heat soak or even ice down the blower between dyno runs

if you need a fuel system contact TTM motorsports for a complete fuel system

.
Huge pulley, and stock exhaust manifolds?
How about a photo of the "custom intake system"?

The engine is either choking on hot intake air, unable to exhale....or both.

Datalogs of IATs would probably tell the tale..... My guess is super high temps killing power.

This is exactly how my car behaved on the initial calibration.

It took several different tries to get the one that got the AFR closer to where it should of been. It is most likely a calibration issue.

So Basically i should Contact Jeremy and Tell them to Retune between 4500 and 5500 to correct the Air Fuel, But what if something is actually wrong? Then We dont want to be Over correcting.

Exactly.

I also would run a wideband and a scan tool on the car for an extended period of time after the new calibration is loaded so you can be aware of anything weird shows up. That is what I did and discovered intermittent random lean outs.
