Got my new shoes today!!
My wheel and tire combo got in today!! Won't be able to mount them until next week, as you know if you have seen my issue regarding my oil. Here are some pictures! Enjoy!
Rims are 18 by 8.5 fronts, and 18 by 10 rears. They are Forgestar F14's in matte black. If you cant see the tire stickers, all four are Hancook Ventus V12 Evos, fronts are 245/40/ZR18, and the rears are 285/35/ZR18.
Another interesting thing is, the wheels came with a lanyard, plate frame, microfiber towel, a bunch of catalogs, a whole booklet on maintaining and cleaning the wheels, and of course the center caps and rings.

The wheels are super light right? All though I agree 18s do look a bit small, the tire options alone is one of the best reasons, not to mention weight.
I went with a smaller sidewall, so the wheels look bigger (215/40/18 and 285/30/18) Still enough sidewall too
Those 285/35/18s are going to look very bulky

I love the wheels and agree 18 is a good size. AKnight, why stretch the front tire and have a bulging rear tire? I mean, 285 won't stick out or anything but compared to the 215 front it's going to look odd.

If you do that the front tires will be 1" smaller in diameter than the rears...too much. 245/35 fronts and 285/30 rear would work fine.

I will call my tire guy Today and see if he can get those 285/35/18's switched to 285/30/18s.
According to tire tracks, it will be an extra $32, so no biggie. Then they will most likely get them in Monday is not Tuesday. Thanks for the advice!

You need to make sure the height of the front and rear tires are as close as possible. If not you may have issues. Up to a 2% difference is acceptable.
