ASC Warranty ?
First of all, is this company any good?
The dealer that has the car that I am looking at (09 P030 E63 w/32k mi) quoted me a price of $1800 for 3/36 "Drivetrain Plus", which sounds like it cover the hard lubricated parts of the car but almost no electronics, and then the 4/48 "Factory Type Coverage" for $4460. I don't know if these are good prices or not.
I did try a search on iterations of ASC Warranty and didn't come up with too much relevant stuff, so I thought I'd ask.
Any thoughts?

Yes, but chances are that if the hyper expensive to repair German car is broken, the amount of money I have would be tied up in repairing the car and unavailable for hiring a lawyer. They also might have enough loopholes built into the legalese that gets them out of it.
Which is why I have been looking for someone with recent experience with this company.
