Also I don't see the colored stitching either. How comfortable are the Recaros? I'd assume they are firmer than the standard seats? What do you think of the price on it? I'm sure you researched them alot, if I could get it for 40K would that be a good deal?
Those are not the Recaros. I do not have the Recaros. People like them or they hate them I found them a little over the top when it came to the bolsters. They were uncomfortable to me. Plus they are know to creak and wear bad on the bolster that you constantly rub getting in and out. The rear seats are the same in both. Look at the pictures closely and you can see the stitching on that Ebay car. That is a great price for a pearl 10 with only 21k on it. You can buy aftermarket recaros made for the V for 2200 dollars and it is a better Recaro and 1000 cheaper then the factory upgraded Recaro. They look identical but I hear it is a better version then the ones they sell Cadillac. You could probably get 1000 for your old seats. SO I wouldnt worry about that option as it is changeable if you decide. That is a nice car for a good price. I am not a vette person and with two small kids is would be worthless. The V is the way to go.

When I bought my 55 it was a trade in at a caddy dealer. They had a new CTS-V with this crazy real dark grey paint job with a TON of metal flake in it. Looked absolutely amazing, I'll be looking for one when I make the move. I've thought I'd move to the V then wait for the bi-turbos to drop in price eventually. Lots of great cars out there now, its nice to have all these choices.

2019 E 450 4 matic wagon, cadilliac CTS AWD performance ,2018 VW Tiguan SUV 2006 CLS55 030pkg modded
CTS-V is a great car almost bought a new 2010 gray in 2010 for 62 grand . Glad I didnt new would have lost 18 grand in depreciation compared to used CLS 55 030 only lost 10-12g's in depreciation to date. Cadilliac's are the finest america car and the standard for all america luxury and Lincoln is lost . I've owned several caddies and the biggest weak point is interior quality carpets ,plastics etc a caddy will get ragged on you if don't take care of it very quickly. I my move to a CTS-V 6spd coupe in a couple years when they depreciate some more and are better deals. Also without AMG and M series car's none of these High powered cars would be made.

AMG WAGON
Great looking car emoving!. Love the color! Def considering the 6sp wagon once the prices are in striking distance. Smaller interior than the w211 wagon but not that concerned with space. I'm with you guys thinking of updating to a newer car with better convenience features and a supercharged v8 too! 550hp for 1100 dollars and in the low 11s sounds quite beastly! I do miss manual trans!

I had this same thought. If I were responsible for Lincoln's "rebirth", I would use this, refine the ***** out of it, adjustable suspension, quiet cabin, amazing stereo, and send it to the Nurburgring. Instead, we get some half-baked FWD Buick fighter.

Denroll: Yeah, I don't understand how Ford can underutilize this FANTASTIC engine in only the GT500. I know Ford is a big leader and advocate for smaller for fuel efficient engines, but no one will ever think of them alongside the top luxury car makes because their cars are boring. Yeah, they got nice creature comforts and the new designs have potential, but their performance is sublime in comparison to all the premium luxury makes for exception of Acura. All they have to do is put that engine in one of their MK whatevers and it will be a hit amongst enthusiast. The car doesn’t even have to be produced in large numbers, just a specialty car developed in small numbers with the sole goal of drawing the attention of the automotive public the way Lexus did with their LFA super car. Granted this would be no super car, but 662 horses will definitely get people’s buyers attention. Also, to not step on the mighty GT500 toes, they could even detune the engine with a smaller pulley or smaller blower the way Cadillac does as to not step on the ZR1 toes. The car would still be good for an easy 600 horses.

Completely agree and have wondered this for some time.

If Ford can come up with a decent sedan and install the GT500 motor....all bets are off.

Exactly! Ford has enough engines in their repetoire to compete with the worlds best. The 5.8 supercharger will be their top of the line model. Their mid teir model to compete with Audi S, Benz 550's, and Bimmer 50i could be the 5.0 in boss V8 trim. They already got the twin turbo 6 for the next lower teir (think A6). I'm no Ford advocate, just a car enthusiast that will buy any make if it dine right and priced reasonably.

Yeah that is a powerful motor, but I think that might not be smog compliant and might be for off road use only unless they retune it a little. The 2013 GT500 engine is all that is needed.
