Just got a call from my wife - TWO more flats.
I'm thinking this liquid calsium is doing more bad than good. These craters are appearing over night.
Only silver lining, I think the dsw continentals will be covered under warrenty? SOBBBBB

I have often thought the same about the road conditions. However I don't agree with you think are perfect roads there are huge dips around Grand street and Houston but I guess not continuous rough roads. I prefer the tunnel like turns south of 96th st and then around 49th st. In general its a tense ride for out-of-towners and torture to a car.
I meant that part has the BEST Pavement.
Yea, its get's fun under those open tunnel underpasses left and right, 1,2. But the roads are pure ****, so it's worthless.
I'm guessing they don't want people to fly into the water.

I called Conti - and they said to go to any authorized dealer that sells conti tires and they will know what to do, if not, tell them to call us.
The tires have to be less then a year old.
I went to the local Mavis dealer and they didn't have the tires in stock but will have them on Monday. So I hope I'm back on the road tomorrow night. I have two donuts on the car, and I don't want to go anywhere rolling like this - lol.

Yea NYC roads in general during winter have many hidden pitfalls and craters...Sorry about your car. I usually find myself staring at the road directly in front of my car instead of far ahead, which sucks and can be stressful at times.. You definitely need to pick and choose the roads you can relax on. Well looks like you will be back on the road soon so be easy, good luck and enjoy!

Thank god for my tire and rim package. Just hit a nasty one off of West Side Highway and it hurt me let alone the car. Got a flat tire but rim was ok. Took it to the stealership and they replaced the tire no charge. I have a $10,000 limit on my tire and rim package. I've used up about $2,500
