I would not recommend them...my neighbor had them, after ~18 months they twisted and had to be replaced...When he replaced them with LT headers, it was obvious why they failed....If you want shorties, get Kleemans....

Well, I want to keep the stock primary converters, I live in CA. Need to be able to unbolt and go back to stock for emissions or when I sell it. Kleemans eliminate the primary cats, but I guess they also sell race converters as an option, right? Any way to order the Kleeman shorties with their cats, cut the stock downpipes after the factory cats and use a slip-fit or flexpipe connection to mate things up? I want to avoid hacking and welding the stock cats and midpipe if possible, but I'm not sure if that's possible. Decisions...

You can also go with the PLM shorties.. They bolt right on and leave your primaries in place.. I guess if you make an offer of like $700 they will accept it.
