Pleae identify a wheel on a '08 E63

Hi Guys, the photo is an '08 E63 18" wheel that obviously isn't stock. Anyone know if it's an MB option or an aftermarket ? Maybe from another model AMG?

I couldn't find any info on it. Thanks

Those actually look like the OEM wheel, but refinished quite poorly and painted silver instead of having the insets darker than the rest of the wheel.

Thanks for the reponse Meeyatch, however, I think the insets are narrower on the OEM.

I'll have to look. Can't imagne why anyone would paint it silver.

Edit: well, you may be right. I tried enlarging the pic to read whats on the lower left spoke, but couldn't make it out.

The why is because they did not want to pay for someone to refinish the wheels properly. LOL! I am actually being serious, not sarcastic. I have seen dealerships who have taken in a car with curbed wheels have one of those 'refinish your wheels in the back of our truck' places do finish jobs like this for cheap, and they just hope that the car is not bought by an enthusiast who knows better. It looks like it says 'AMG' on that lower left spoke inset.

The 2008 cls550. Had similar 18" wheels from the factory in silver. I would look in that direction.

Yes, but wider too. They were finished in silver w/machined face. If that's the case, free upgrade? Look closely at the amg logo. The dashes //// should be progressively shorter as they approach the a of amg. I have also seen nock off wheels say ////AMC or ////HMG.
