How easy is the grill removal? Does it just pop out or are there retention screws?
Looks good!

I removed the grille I prep the surface with mineral spirits but you can use alcohol SWABS OR ANYTHING TO TAKE WAX OFF THE SURFACE. I picked up a can of black plasti dip. You can pick it up at you local hardware store. I went to Home Depot.

First coat do a light coat about a 50/50 transparent. Let dry for about 5-8 min. 2nd coat repeat same thing allow another 5-8 min. 3rd coat give a good coverage. 4th coat same thing.

Thanks,

Eric

pop your hood. loo behind the grill and there will be about 10 10mm nuts then carefully tap on the 10mm bolts attached to the grill and pull it off!

Thanks,

Eric

Great! Let me know any other questions you have. I used 8 total coats. You may need a to get 2 cans, just to be safe.

Thanks,

Eric

I did my emblems 4 coats of Anthracite plus 2 coats of glossifier. Used a tooth pick to clean out between the letter.

Came out great.

I tried it out on my grille and it just didn't work with a black car. The Plasti's black isn't as black as our black cars and it looked funny. Went with a black grille that I had painted black when I did the front bumper, so now rock chips won't be as noticeable. BTW, black grille on a black car = the *****.

Did you have to order the Anthracite & glossifier direct from PlastiDip?
