One thing I really miss is a manual transmission - sure the atx can shift faster (well, maybe not the E55 1-2 shift) but it's nice to control the clutch to better match speed in corners and not come out in the wrong gear...
even though I have the TCU reprogrammed, it still hunts a bit in "S" mode - sure manual mode is spot on, but I don't always want to have my passengers heads snapping on every shift - and downshifts are just brash... would be nice to 'glide' into gear in a luxury auto

Retrofitting a transmission from another car... again, no... just no. If the funds are there, of course anything can happen, but not enough for R&D to go down for a market of interest.

Last summer I had the pleasure to run a car (F458) with the ZF 7 speed DC tranny.
This gear is the real deal. Save your money cause this gear will be in the new AMGs.
OH and like MooseJaw says search the Jackfish
Edit,
Props on the hula hoop, is that rig regulation?

It was awesome from what I heard! I've been down there a few times now but never been to the show itself because there was just too much to do in South Beach.
The first year we went, bought tickets to ultra but went too hard the night before and slept till like 6PM, by then traffic was too crazy to get across the bridge to where the show is so we said f-it and just hit all the pool parties and the afterparties up which was where it's at. All the Djs from ultra head over and do the parties anyway since the show stops at midnight and ultra doesn't pay them s**t. Last year dm5 didn't even do ultra he just went straight to the hotel we were staying at and they whole pool area /garden ( prob 10 acres) was a huge outdoor show with him spinning on top of a plexiglass stage 30 feet in the air on top of the crowd. Insane fun!
