OE tuning claims 80RWHP??

OE tuning claims 80RWHP??
I was told that OE tuning will yield 80HP to the wheels with adding an intake spacer? i could be wrong about the intake spacer but does this make sense?

Might be the crank but If i recall correctly it motorkas othat got this number and worth he wait was there to see the numbers. There were several threads about it a couple years ago

I was thinking the same, there is no way OE adds 80hp at the wheels and everyone here is going with Eurocharged which adds maybe 50 at the crank for the same price. The guy claims his CLK black series gained 80rwhp with the tune and manifold spacer. I'll ask to see the dyno results but don't think it'll happen.

Every tuner has different ways of tuning a car and what didn't work on your car may work on a different car. Both OE & EC are badazz tuners with multiple 10's under each others belt. I may be wrong but I believe that OE & EC have more 10 sec runs than any other tuner.

I am not sure where you heard these claims, but these are over inflated figures. We do not recommend any type of "intake spacer" as a performance gain on M156 powertrain.

wow that's a better top end power curve and ~50hp increase...stock motor with no change in pulley? I'm confused. How comes with smaller SC pulley and tune the gain is ~40hp, but stock engine tune is more?? Man, I get so confused on these motors I guess I'm still a noob.
