Trubole Throthle 82 MM MB
Hello..
I do have an 55 AMG 2006.
Today i installed an MB Throttle from an CLS 550 82 mm
After flashing the car i do have a problem with the throttle, its wide open when ignition on ? Its 100 % open at start already.
The car do complain that the ESP Is defect and a few fault codes for the throttle. Its the same fault the throttle.
Also you cant drive or push the gas its like missfiring in the intake.
Do i have to Switch 1 and 4 and 5 and 6 ?? Or do some one have any idea ?
The throttle is a273 141 03 25 From mercedes and the Cable a1131500028.
Please some one who can help.
Best regards Hasse

yes you have the throttle cables mixed up..... the throttle body under the snout is pluged into your 82mm so you have to switch that one to the other cable and should be fine

Looks like he bought an extension cable part # 1131500028 and used it to extend the tb cable, it's def not necessary. I don't think he has the cables mixed up with the bypass if that's what you're saying.

i dont get why he needs an extended cable??? when the cables are already there. i just did this and my car is as smooth as could be even better than before and love the 82mm

Well that cable is perfect if you use the 78mm tb since the pins are swapped already, so it's plug & play.

Thanks for all the answers.
You cant connect the cabels wrong, Meaning the lower tb to the upper one.
The connectors is diffrent.
But as some one did say i maybe should try with out the extention cable ?
I will try it today. If so you guys have saved my weekend.
the time here 7 hours Before you

If that isn't your issue, I'd try a full battery unplug reset, sometimes if these connectors are removed when powered up it can cause all sorts of odd issues like this, an ECM reset would hopefully solve that if so. Good luck!
