Pulley Upgrades
Thanks Guys

If you can handle it, here are several different cars with different setups. Different mod lists and tuners but power and times are around the same or higher.
As far as pulley, if I had to do it again, I'd go with 180. Rember cooling is very important.

The Best of Mercedes & AMG

I installed every mod one at a time. Just so I could see the difference in them each time. Cooling will be your best mod. It will allow your car to run full power.

You shoud be somewhere between 550-580 at the flywheel

I don't know how much money you have to spend on mods, if you can't get it all at once then I would first get a tune, next I would get a bigger heat exchanger and then I would get a set of headers (Kleemann are cheapest with good bang for buck) and get a retune for the headers. If you can get them all at the same time well even better or if you have even more to spend you could get some long tube headers instead but the price will go up quite a bit.
With your 550 crank goal, do yourself a favor and stay away from a bigger crank pulley or smaller supercharger pulley. You will be making the car less consistently fast due to more heat from the added boost. You will also be causing the car to have less traction from the increased low end torque. Stay with stock boost, get the tune and feel the difference and then when you swap to headers (like Kleemann) you will again gain another roughly 35-40hp (crank).
You can get the tune and heat exchanger as well as Kleemann headers for about $1900

There's a dyno shop just up the hill in Cameron Park, you can get some before and after's if you want.
