No seal is going to rupture, the oil leaks out of the SC pulley bolt if you overfill.

just slow fill and it wont over flow by much. stretched the cars leg a bit, down shifted and did a quick 60-110. car feels great, even in this 108 az weather

Got my Jet Oil II. Having a helluva time finding a plastic syringe with a tube. Went by the farm and feed store down the street, as well as tractor supply. Nothing.

There is a thread somewhere that I was reading the other day that explains exactly how much SC jet oil to fill. It is NOT up to the fill-hole according to the MB procedure that I read on that thread, its a lot less. That's why we all observe that the fluid appears to be low. If I find it I'll link to it.

Thanks for the suggestions, guys. I'll try those places tomorrow to see if I can find anything.
No clue what area of Walmart something like that would be in, though.

Just finished mine.
- I finally found a syringe in Walmart, in the motorcycle oil section, and used it. It's for mixing 2-stroke oil or something. However, the tube that came with it was too big. I ended up going next door to lowes and buying some 1/4" clear tube, which fit exactly inside the diameter of the larger tube. Sealed it off with some teflon tape and it sucked well, but barely squeezed in the hole. If your tube is curved, you have to angle it down and left in order to get suction.
- I only got about 90ml out of the car with the tube.
- I realized the supercharger wasn't exactly level, so I threw a jack under the rear diff and lifted the rear of the car to level it off. Then, I put jet oil in it until it came out of the hole. Put the tube back in and sucked a slight amount out (barely any) to level it off, and then sealed it back up with the bolt and teflon tape.
- The old oil literally does smell like a barn yard. It reminded me of the smell of old cow ****. Yuck.
- Having a towel stuffed in under the bolt hole was the best suggestion of all. I wouldn't recommend trying it without it (like the guy who lost the bolt).
- I sealed the towel, syringe, tube, and measuring cup into a ziploc bag and put it away for next time. I'll probably wait a month or two and do this again, just to make sure all of the old dingy oil is out of the mixture.
Thanks for all the suggestions folks!
