I don't a front grill would be feasible at a reasonable price.

The trunk is turning out great. It will get sanded smooth and clearcoated soon.

Some of the custom pieces are finished. They turned out amazing. Should have some pictures of the trunk finished in the next few days.

Ohhh boy and here come the ricers.....

Ocarbon, I commend your efforts and your parts look good good from the pics so far. But, there comes a point when you have too much carbon. For example those a pillars are going to look gawdy... The trim should look good. But, thats enough for this car.

Remember this is a Benz so it should be classy. The rear trunk came out nice but, it that screams rice burner. I started upgrading my cars to BMW M and MBZ AMG because I wanted to go away from the rice rocket stuff. Sure some of is still cool. But jeezus christ. Please don't tell me you will do a carbon hood and grill also. :-/

Remember guys, less is more.

I dont mean to sound harsh. Just my opinion and it is not meant as an attack on you or your business. But, instead some feedback.

*shrug* - I make whatever my customers want. I have no opinion on what looks good or what is "classy." These pieces are for a showcar with a lot of custom mods, he wanted something that will set his car apart and we provided it for him. He's actually got a few more parts planned and we'll be starting on them shortly.

To each their own.

Understood.... You simply don't care how your parts will make a car look. You just want to get paid for wrapping random pieces in carbon. Thank You for clearing that up. Carry on

Nope, I care deeply about the quality of the parts I produce, I just don't have an opinion on what gets wrapped and in what material it gets wrapped in.

We made some blue pieces for a C230 that I think turned out great (he's got a blue car). Obviously this look is not for everyone:

We also made some red pieces for a customer with a blacked out SL55 because he wanted some contrasting color in the interior:

So yes, we run a business and the objective is to make money and provide customers with quality products and services that they want. Everyone has different taste and objectives with their own vehicle. When customers ask me what I'd wrap or what fabric they should use, I tell them I don't have an opinion because frankly, what I think looks good is irrelevant. It's not my car that I have to drive every day and it's not my money being spent on the parts, so none of my business.

I mean why don't they contact you before making any parts for their customers to verify they meet your opinion of how something should look. I'm not sure you seem to understand how business works, not everyone has your opinions, keep in mind I don't like it either, but don't blame them and act like they should be policing their customers taste.

1. Maybe they should.

2. You right about one thing. You are unsure... Let's not go there. About the whole business thing. Unless you like digging a hole and jumping inside of it.

3. No need to get emotional, in case maybe you didn't read the sign when you entered.. THIS IS A PUBLIC FORUM, K? That means everyone is entitled to their own opinions. Even you, and I respect that as well.... I think wrapping a bunch of parts in carbon fiber on a Mercedes Benz is RICEY. I made it clear it was NOT an attack. So take a chill pill.

Ocarbon, you should take a look at these guys... They clearly know what classy and tasteful is... Not overdone or gawdy. Maybe, if you really want to take this seriously, you can aspire to be as good as them if not better! You gotta aim for something or you will hit nothing...
