self inflicted battery issues...

self inflicted battery issues...
hey guys I had my first day at the track on Saturday, when I got home Saturday night I put the car in the garage and opened the hood to check a few things out...I left the garage open and havent driven the car until today, when I went to get in to start the battery was completely dead!! the key wont turn over no lights come on, nothing...
Is it possible to jump the battery?
is it possible to take it out and charge?
can i just buy a new battery and install it myself or will the electronics and stuff go haywire..??thx for the help guys..

Pop the trunk and remove the floorboard to uncover the spare tire/battery. Take out the battery and replace with new one. Or if you have a charger, try to charge it. If it drained completely and too low voltage, it may not be able to charge fully again.
Once you have the battery working/new one installed. Start car and reset the window/sunroof. Pull up on the window button for each one and a bit more until you hear a click. Then the window has been reset to go down with one push of the button. Do similar for sunroof, but push forward until click or pull down until click. Cant remember 100%. That way sunroof will open with just one push of the button.

just to ad one thing though. Do not have the key in the ignition while doing anything. Jumping, charging, etc. hook everything up then insert the key. It prevents damage to control units from voltage spikes.

ok I bought a new battery and replaced it...Everything electronically is fine. I took it for a drive and had no issues...I am wondering though if it is possible that I lost the Eurocharged tune that was on the car?? The car felt a bit twitchy which it never does...??
id appreaciate any advice, is there any way to tell if I lost the tune?
