Found this about the girl. This is her second porsche.

According to court records, Russell was charged with driving without a license and driving without lights in June 2012. At the time she was driving a 2009 Porsche. She plead no contest to the charge and adjudication was withheld, records show.

According to Russell’s Facebook page, which was taken down mid-Thursday, she studied international relations at American University in Washington, D.C., and attended Leysin American School in Leysin, Switzerland.

 

Well the story has been hushed from the 14th not a word on any of the local stations or news print. No charges yet. Looks like the "damage control" is in very effective hands. I went by the crash scene and there was so much HyDry all over, you could not tell what happened. Lots of flowers, ribbions, candles, balloons and CSI paint all over. The more I think about it, the more I think she could beat this.

Amazing she hasnt been arrested as of yet for at least vehicular manslaughter. Several witnesses have claimed she was driving at a hi rate of speed when she rounded that corner. And there are traffic cams which investigators do have access to. There are even another two passengers inside the car at the time of the accident.

She may indeed walk if her parents pony up the cash. Remember the guy in porsche cayman who was driving recklessly on A1A and killed those two british tourists? He got off by making a considerable donation to the vistims family.

The Judge has increased her bail from $45k to $450k and ordered a GPS tracker on her leg, she is a flight risk. This dummy used her credit card to buy tickets to Ireland the day after the incident.
The tox report is back and she scored a .17 (that's pro territory)

So 2x DUI manslaughter = 24 years, looks like daddy/mama came up short, but we will see.
And oh yea, she could not believe what the judge did, she had a real WTF look when he told her bail set @ $450,000.00

Well the reality that punishment was starting was certainly setting in but I don't think the weight or responsibility has set in quite yet. Given her life of privilege and the lives she took were homeless, that may take a few years. What we saw there was the, "oh my God I can't escape", not "I killed two people".

 

Sure her plan was to leave the US and never come back!!
