Anyone in the NW suburbs able to help with headlights?

I was wondering if any of you folks up in the NW burbs would be able to help me out with replacing my bulbs.

I got the passenger side out, just can't get the damn thing back in. And the driver's side scares me, I don't even want to start that side now.

Much appreciated!

ed: NW burbs of Chicago, sorry. I'm in Palatine...

Sorry I don't have time to look for it now,but don't plug in the little wire first, and it helped me to stick an iPhone down there and snag a picture so I could get an idea of where the metal spring things connect to.

Wish I saw this earlier, I would of swung by. As stated before, plug it in last. In fact there is a tab that automatically pushes the connector out when you untwist the igniter. It's to prevent people from killing themselves from shock if the headlights turn on while its in your hand. So,
Bulb in,
Retaining ring,
Igniter,
Then the little pia plug

If the tabs on the ring break there are replacements, but they are not cheap. So be careful.

I looked for a DIY for a while yesterday. Gaz had posted one, but that domain is no longer up, and I couldn't find one anywhere else.

Also a DIY doesn't help the fact that I'm apparently retarded when trying to replace a light bulb.

I'll probably stop by Speedriven today and see if Marcin can help me out. I don't mind paying for assistance, it just annoys me that it's this difficult to replace a light bulb. And I've somehow done this before too...
