Passenger seat rattle, revisited.

I am going *******g nuts!!I have narrowed it down to the headrest, when the headrest is removed no rattle, I need to figure out how to take the headrest apart, then I can figure out the rattle issue.
If I can't figure it out, I will drop the headrest off at the dealer and let them figure it out.

I can't figure out how to take the headrest apart, I will drop it off at the dealer and let them fix the rattling headrest, if they can do it, this will be an easy fix, best part is, you don't have to leave your car at the dealer.

Tell us what happens. If you find a fix I'll have it done immediately -- its driving me nuts too.

A quick fix is, remove the passenger side headrest. Extend the headrest to it's most upright position, then just pull it out.

FIXED!!! I walked into to the dealer with my headrest and told the tech it was rattling, he whips out a special tool, dismantles the headrest, lubes up the inside workings, pops it back together, so far so good, NO RATTLE. The entire process took less than two minutes.
