I also moved the map sensor or at least where it measures from, each of the surge tanks were drilled and a feed taken from each cylinder bank into a T-Piece and the map sensor attached to the T.
The drive of the car was transformed much smoother gear changes particularly town driving. However it didn't solve the issue so was back to square one!

I dont. Im out of the business. I now own a boat dealership.
I could have the car reflashed, but i think it is deeper in the control unit than that. I would bet a brand new updated engine ECU and a reflash would fix it.

This place is a joke.
Bummer, but congrats on getting out!! I know MB's flashes can access things that no tuner can..... My ECU is the original 2003 production, that's why I think a dealer/MB flash might do it.

I wonder how Renntech is doing it?
There is no way some one is paying all that money and worrying about a CEL.
Why not get one of those cars on a test drive and pull their file?

I dont have any CEL problems. The car runs perfectly and fast most of the time. The only problem is the hiccup/ stumble after driving easy for 10 min or so, then accelerating after that. At times, i think it is a limp mode of sorts. After restart it goes away. Also, i have the map sensor code on occasstion after this episode. I think this is due to too little vacuum or the throttle angle being too low at a given map when at 50-70 cruise with very little throttle.

Along with driving it every day, I completed two 300 mile round trips (highway) without so much as a hiccup. I even tried the 70mph cruise with light acceleration up a hill (bridge) without problems.

Maybe...but that particular seal is an extremely tight fit, has to be installed with plenty of lubricant. Even when installed properly the seal will distort somewhat like what you see, and one side will have the fins smashed flat while the other side won't, but it is still sealed. What I'm trying to say is this seal does not seat evenly..normally that would look like it was bad, but the fins being flattened tells me it was likely sealed.

When reassembling, there is also a factory tool (guide pins) that help align and hold the intake gaskets perfectly in place while the supercharger is being lowered into position. This is the part where it's easy to damage or bend the intake gaskets, and risk a very minor vacuum leak. I have the tool at work. Here is a picture; the part on the right is the removal tool once the SC is in place, the studs are removed and the bolts installed. MB part# 112 589 02 62 00

Well when I spray in this area the car would stumble when idling. That's what made me take it apart. I looked at intake gaskets they didn't look bad. I cut studs to screw in. To guild the s/c down. I was going to order a new part if its cheap enough but if you think it will re seal then ill reuse it.

I've set up my data logger to grab just about every signal available and I'm going to log a few instances of the hiccup. I'll have voltages and fuel trim for all four O2 sensors to go along with TPS%, speed, RPM, IAT, etc. I'll post some screenshots and maybe we can find something strange going on.
Does anyone who has this hiccup still on stock headers?

So stock car with just 82mm TB, I logged and the tuner spent 4 days trying to get to the bottom of it with no luck.

That's pretty much what I see on mine. I could not determine anything other than the result of the hiccup.
The code that flags in STAR is B28 Pressure Sensor Signal Implausible
My AFR reading does exactly the same as your 02 sensor voltage is showing which is that it shows lean and then straight after the STFT go to full +
But both of these seem to be a result of the ECU not liking the reading of the B28 Map sensor rather than the cause.

Here are your O2 voltages:

Here are mine:

Here is a related chart to proper O2 operation..

BUY 2 NEW O2 SENSORS!!!!
Bosch 16272 <-- double check that before you order. That's just off the top of my head
Edit- When the O2 finally switched after about 4 missed cycles, the ECU said: Nope: Not on my watch, here: Have a default fuel map that will make sure you dont blow up your engine (Then you see +25 STFT.. as the new map ensures you do not encounter a lean condition)
