SSRE gave you a bump on their FB page. You should have at least a few inbound requests. I talked to a few of the high HP GTR,Supra,P-car and Vette guys and they are planning on coming down since they weren't ready in time for the the thing on the 8th.

Who all is still going to be racing? I really wish I could be there but my stars don't always align. Besides, it was a ***** making these turbos fit in the engine bay, but they are in.

Is this open to anyone? Also as far as spectators go is it a packed event u need to be there early for or is there plenty of room for the kids n wife?

In terms of the track being open to anyone technically no it's a private rental but I let pretty much anyone run as long as they aren't a douche. There should be plenty of room for the kids and wife. It's not a public mir event. More low key and more fun lol.

2005 Mercedes E55 AMG
Mine is up and running after a head gasket job. Biggest problem right now is cold start on E85 is absolutely horrible with the tune I'm running. :/ Having trouble buttoning everything up and making sure the car is solid since anything beyond 30% throttle in 35* weather just destroys the RS3s.
I want to show up bad. Let's see how comfortable I feel with the old girl in a couple days.

Wow! This looks like its going to be a great event. I decided to fly my wife and I down there for this weekend. I hope to see some amazing cars run and meet some great people.

He did revise my startup and in city driving maps, call him at the shop and he can send you a reflash. I doubt we will be at the event since my tranny got trashed.

If you want to make it 9, you should remind Clayton its THIS week. Maybe suggest he put down the hash pipe tonight and place both shoes by the door. Once he's behind the wheel he's all business. I'm saying he should put some dried ice chunks in his stock airboxes and finally get a 10 sec pass. LOL

I haven't even started the thing since last Friday. I'll have Siri remind me that it's THIS Saturday. I swear on my sons eyeballs that if Stephen didn't stop me, we'd have all been there 9am last Saturday.
When I told the Mrs last Friday, she just looked at me with a stone cold face and said "sounds about right" and walked away. Good stuff.

The weather forecast isn't looking that great, unfortunately. 50% chance of light rain in the morning and 30% in the afternoon. Hopefully it will not be a bust. The forecast changed quickly as earlier in the week there was no mention of rain on Saturday....arrgh!
