Uhh... it doesn't look bad. The front of the PD kit would look a lot better with an E63 grill installed, though.
Pretty much every modified E55 is a carbon copy of every other right now. It would certainly be refreshing to see someone do something a little different...

and how is this ugly for crying out loud?
front end looks like the one many of you have,
rear bumper has 4 spikes like the euroteck diffuser many of you recently got, and bumper itself looks wider, reminds me of wide body on some mercedeses
dont like the glossy look on it just find a shop and wrap it with CF
yea that guy has an ugly set of wheels, has aftermarket exhaust tips and the car isnt lowered and pics are too shiny glossy but how is this bodykit ugly

On an otherwise tastefully modified E55/63 I think it would look nice and different. You're right, it has the E63 front look, with the standard rear diffuser look, but ever slightly more extreme. In fact, some people would call Carbon Fiber tacky, so it's a little more conservative in the fact you don't have wet "carbon" showing all over.
I priced out a PD front end a while back, but decided to play it safe and do the E63 conversion/lip/etc. Alll in all, the PD front wouldn't have been a lot more expensive seeing as you don't need a lip.
I'd say go for it if you like it. I'm pretty sure it's made to fit an E63 grille (double check that), which would make it look a lot nicer. I'd say only do the rear if you do the full front as well, to keep it uniform.
At least your E would stand out from the crowd, and I think you could still pull off an aggressive but tasteful look.

I personally don't like the strakes in the side of the rear bumper. They don't match the rest of the car's smooth lines at all.
