Rematch video between my friends heavily modded Z06 and my s/c pulley E55 . The first time we ran my IC pump was dead and the car was running like crap . New pump and S/C pulley later and I am starting to fall in love with this car. Also has in the vids is me racing a Kenni Bell mustang and a Cts-V.

the mustang actually beat the mercedes decently once the real driver of the mustang got in at about 2:28 in the vid....

I am not sure what that was all about... maybe the mustang was baiting the mercedes for a race for money and then once the bet was on, laid the beat down on the E55

Im re-running the guy with the V this weekend coming up . I honestly feel I should be door to door with him with the new setup . The guy with the vette beat the guy with the V by 4 + cars when they ran when before the V got a pulley and tune done

I think the lose had more to do with the back to back runs(heat soak) then the driver , but the mustang is fast and is very capable of running mid 11s with slicks

Haha, I noticed that.

If turning your fog lights on, only pull the button out one click for the front fogs, all the way out or two clicks turns on the rear fog (bright driver tail light) for bad weather conditions.

You can notice in the video how your driver side tail light is a lot brighter.

And go figure I will be gone this weekend or I would want to meet up with you guys to give it a go as well.

I guess instead I am going to have to get Sir-Boost-a-Lot to meet for a run against that Weistec CLS

urbamworm- Are you leaving jax for good or just for vacation ??? My car is still down waiting on a few goodies to go with the new pulley .

I am going to Orlando to visit family for a few days, get some more work done to the V in Tampa Friday then head to South Florida to visit other family/friends next week straight from Orlando then will be back to Jax for a week maybe 2 before heading to Italy for work.

That Mustang driver is SLOWWWWW shifter! Take your damn foot of the clutch and shift!!!!

He was spinning at first, but deep into the gears, it takes forever to shift into the next gear.

I think your friend needs the driver mod. And your car was likely heatsoaked by that last run, how many runs total?

You can see the power fading away on the Mercedes as the speeds increased. The E55 has better aerodynamics but still was losing ground big time as the IATs rose

I thought the same thing as you guys...the AMG had to be heat soaked to death by the last runs. The second driver was obviously better and he should have been there early on...the runs looked like they would have been really close!

URB: You might have to run the ZO6 on his bottle! I don't know that there is a good race either way...off bottle you run away...on bottle...he should walk away! What do you think?

What's the best Meth kit used on our cars???? I think a majority of heat soak issue's would be solved with meth injection.

Hello everyone, I am the Z06 owner... roflmao @ "heavily modded" as it is a cam/exhaust car and was Off bottle... i will get back to you all when it is heavily modded lol...either way good runs, that E55 moves out!

i drove the mustang for the owner because he obviously needs more seat time, the mustang is a tad bit faster than the E55 when driven properly...
